For non-CVO bikes we recommend the amazing new Vance & Hines Fuelpak FP3 to tune your bike easily from your phone!
For 2012-2013 CVO bikes we recommend the genuine Harley Davidson Super Tuner chip (2014 model CVO can use Fuelpak FP3)
