📦 Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly, safely, and cost-effectively as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle orders, transfers, and delivery.


🚚 Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship within Australia.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


📍 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • You'll receive tracking information once your item has been shipped.


🚛 Inter-Branch Transfers

If your item is located at a different dealership, we may need to transfer it between locations before it's available for pickup or dispatch.

  • Inter-branch transfers incur a flat fee of $5 per order.

  • Transfers run on alternate weekdays (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri) — please allow extra time for your order to be ready.

  • You’ll be notified as soon as the item arrives at the correct location.


📦 Big & Bulky Shipping

Items considered oversized or heavy (e.g. seats, exhausts, crash bars) will incur an additional Big & Bulky Shipping Charge.
This fee is calculated at checkout and reflects the higher cost of courier handling.


🛠 Click & Collect - COMING SOON!!

Click & Collect is available at select locations. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation.


📬 Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote locations: May take longer, depending on courier networks

These are estimates only. We are not liable for delivery delays once orders are in the hands of the courier.


⚠️ Shipping & Consumer Rights

We take care to pack and ship your order properly. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will remedy the issue in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  • We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit once handed over to the shipping provider.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
